Hydration Powder
Most sports drinks replace sugar. This one replaces what you actually lose.
Sweat depletes sodium, potassium, magnesium, and B-vitamins. A 2% drop in hydration degrades performance by up to 20%. REFORGE Hydration replenishes the full spectrum — caffeine-free, every time.

Dehydration of just 2% degrades performance by up to 20%. Most sports drinks replace sugar — not the electrolytes you actually lose. REFORGE Hydration is a full electrolyte + B-vitamin complex, caffeine-free, built for performance not flavour marketing.

How is this different from Gatorade or Liquid IV?
Most commercial sports drinks are primarily sugar and flavouring with minimal electrolyte content. REFORGE Hydration delivers a full electrolyte profile — sodium, potassium, and magnesium — alongside a B-vitamin matrix for energy metabolism. No excessive sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no caffeine. It's built around what you actually lose in sweat, not around shelf appeal.
Can I use this as my daily hydration, not just during training?
Yes. It works well as a daily electrolyte drink even on rest days, especially in warmer climates or if you're a heavy sweater. The electrolyte levels are appropriate for daily use — not megadosed to the point of causing issues with regular intake.
Which flavour should I choose?
Both flavours use the same formulation — it's purely a taste preference. Peach Mango is slightly sweeter and tropical. Lemonade is crisp and lighter. Many customers order one of each and alternate based on session or preference.
Can I mix this with my protein shake?
Yes — Hydration Powder mixes well with protein shakes, pre-workout drinks, or plain water. There are no ingredients that interact negatively with protein or standard training supplements. If you're also taking Magnesium Glycinate, space the two by an hour or two to avoid overlapping magnesium intake.
