Deep Sleep Stack - Save 10%
Two mechanisms. One sleep protocol. Deeper nights from the first dose.
Magnesium Glycinate relaxes the nervous system. 5-HTP feeds the serotonin pathway that converts to melatonin. Neither duplicates the other — together they address sleep from both ends.
This stack is purpose-built for the athlete who lies down exhausted but can't sleep, wakes at 3am, or never feels truly recovered despite putting in the hours.
One stack. Two mechanisms. Deeper nights.
Magnesium Glycinate
275mg elemental magnesium from 2,500mg glycinate. 80–90% absorption. Switches off the nervous system — muscle relaxation, sleep onset, overnight recovery. Take 60 min before bed.
5-HTP
200mg from Griffonia simplicifolia. Serotonin precursor → melatonin. Faster sleep onset, fewer wake-ups, improved mood on waking. Take 30–60 min before bed with a light snack.
- You struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep
- You wake up unrefreshed despite 7–8 hours
- You train hard and need deeper recovery sleep
- You want a non-melatonin, non-sedative sleep protocol
- You've tried one product and want to amplify results
Why take both instead of just one?
They target completely different mechanisms. Magnesium Glycinate works on the nervous system — it reduces muscle tension and sympathetic nervous system activity, making it physically easier to relax. 5-HTP works on neurotransmitter chemistry — it provides the serotonin precursor your brain converts to melatonin. One addresses the body. The other addresses the brain. Neither duplicates the other.
Can I take both at the same time?
Yes. Take both 60 minutes before bed — there's no interaction between them. If you're sensitive to 5-HTP, take it with a light snack to reduce any potential nausea. Magnesium can be taken with or without food. Most people find it easiest to take both together as part of a consistent nightly routine.
Is this safe to take every night long-term?
Magnesium Glycinate is safe for indefinite daily use — it addresses a genuine dietary deficiency common in active people. For 5-HTP, nightly use is fine for most people; some prefer to cycle 5 nights on, 2 off. Neither product creates dependency or disrupts your natural sleep hormone production the way exogenous melatonin can.
Important: who should avoid 5-HTP?
Anyone taking SSRIs, MAOIs, or other serotonergic medications should not take 5-HTP without their doctor's approval. Magnesium Glycinate is safe for nearly everyone, but if you take blood pressure or heart medications, check with your physician first. If you're pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before using either product.
